Abacus

The abacus is an ancient calculating tool that uses beads to represent numbers. It can be used to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Skatting

Scatting is a type of vocal improvisation in jazz music that features wordless singing. Scat singers improvise riffs or repeated melodic patterns—similar to a musical instrument solo—in a jazz song using vocables or sounds.

Archery

Archery is the sport, practice, or skill of using a bow to shoot arrows. The word comes from the Latin word arcus, meaning bow. Historically, archery has been used for hunting and combat. In modern times, it is mainly a competitive sport and recreational activity. A person who practices archery is typically called an archer, bowman, or toxophilite.

Vedic Maths

Vedic Mathematics is a system of mathematics that was rediscovered by Indian mathematician Jagadguru Shri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji in the period between A.D. 1911 and 1918. It consists of 16 sutras (formulae) and 13 sub-sutras (sub-formulae) which can be used for problems involved in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, conics.

Silambam

Silambam is an Indian martial art originating in Tamil Nadu, South India in the Indian subcontinent. This style is mentioned in Tamil Sangam literature.
